Data deletion instructions
How to remove proprev's access to a connected Facebook or Google account, and how to ask for personal data to be deleted.
If your business connected Facebook or Google
An administrator of your proprev workspace can remove proprev's access at any time, in either place:
- In Meta: Meta Business settings → Integrations → Connected apps → proprev → Remove. For Google, remove proprev in your Google Account's third-party access settings. The platform withdraws proprev's access immediately.
- Through us: write to privacy@proprev.ai from your workspace administrator's email. We revoke proprev's access, delete its access token and stop reading your ad accounts, Pages and leads.
A campaign that proprev created and that is still running must be ended first, so that it is not left spending with nobody able to stop it from proprev.
Disconnecting stops new data. To delete the leads, campaigns and results already in your workspace, delete them in proprev, or write to privacy@proprev.ai from your workspace administrator's email and we will help you.
If you filled in a form or enquired about a property
If you submitted a lead form on Facebook, Instagram or Google, or otherwise enquired with a developer who uses proprev, that developer decides how your data is used. Please ask them first; proprev gives them the tools to delete your data.
If you cannot reach them, write to privacy@proprev.ai with the developer's or project's name and the phone number or email you used. We will pass your request to the developer and help them complete it.
If you have a proprev account
Ask your workspace administrator to remove you, or write to privacy@proprev.ai from the email address on your account.
What happens to a request
- We may ask you to confirm who you are before acting on a request.
- We delete the data from our active systems. Backups expire on their normal cycle.
- Records the law requires us or the developer to keep, such as receipts, invoices and booking documents, are kept for as long as the law requires and then deleted.
- We will reply within the time the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 allows.
